Industrial Pallet Nailing Robot
High-capacity automated solution for custom pallet manufacturing and stacking
Technical Specifications: High-capacity automated system designed for the manufacture and assembly of pallets of any size, supporting dimensions of up to 5×2 meters. The robot offers a standard production rate of 350 pallets per shift (based on the European 1200×800 format) with the potential to scale up to 700 pallets per shift. The system allows for the integration of up to 4 simultaneous nailing tools with 1,000-nail magazines. Comprehensive operation that includes stacking (cross-stacking or direct stacking), corner cutting, and pallet marking in a single production unit.
Meet our autonomous pallet manufacturing system. The robot nails and reloads automatically, adapting to any format from the control screen. It depalletizes, places, nails and marks, leaving the pallets ready in the output stack.Discover how it works of the pallet nailer
1
After the operator places blocks, skids and grids, he leaves his work area and presses a button to rotate the table 180°. When finished rotating, he can enter the work area to reload the table with boards.
2
The robot, equipped with a clamp with two guns containing short nails, starts nailing the boards, which result in a pallet and skids.
3
The robot captures the finished pallet using its suction planes. At this point the nailing table rotates for the operator to place the nailed skids into the pallet mold with a rack on top, and place cleats and boards into the skid mold.
4
The robot deposits the finished pallet in its corresponding dock. The whole process is repeated.
5
When the nailing guns run out of nails, the robot deposits them on the empty exchange table and automatically picks up the loaded guns from the opposite table. In this way, the nailing process continues without interruption. An operator replenishes the empty guns and leaves them ready for the next cycle.

Explore the Robustness of Our Grips
The pallet nailer clamp uses automatic guns with automatic reloading and level compensators for efficient nailing. With suction planes and pneumatic pushers, it captures the pallet after nailing. The robot switches from empty to full guns, ensuring continuous and accurate nailing.
Do you have any questions?
Total Control and Remote Support at your Fingertips
Manage your system intuitively with our HMI display, which allows you to monitor alarms and statistics instantly. Thanks to advanced connectivity and remote diagnostics with integrated camera, you can solve problems quickly and minimize downtime.
Technology that optimizes every operation
Mobilizes the pallets automatically
Atlas Robots' autonomous guided vehicle (AMR) enables driverless transport of pallets along a predefined route. Using the integrated software, we plan the route, and the system itself communicates with the other robots to ensure maximum pickup and delivery throughput for the pallets.
