Industrial Pallet Sorting Robot
Fully automated line for pallet handling, repair, and stacking
Technical Specifications: Automated pallet sorting and handling system with a processing capacity of up to 300 pallets per hour. The solution offers exceptional modularity, allowing for 6 to 20 configurable output lanes for optimized pallet sorting. Atlas Robots provides a complete (turnkey) line solution that covers the entire process: from initial destacking and the integration of ergonomic repair tables to the final stacking of sorted pallets. The system combines robotic efficiency with human quality control to ensure maximum integrity of logistics assets.
Improve safety and productivity with our pallet sorting robot. Atlas-Robots’ robust and efficient solution sorts pallets according to your needs. It operates in stacking mode or via a conveyor belt for greater flexibility and workplace safety. Starting at €50,000.Discover the operation of the pallet sorting robot
1
First, the pallet enters the installation via a belt conveyor and when it reaches the end, the robot positions the gripper on top of it and prepares to capture the pallet.
2
The robot then descends to pick up the pallet. The gripper incorporates a spring system so that if the pallet is slightly inclined, a correct pick-up is ensured. Pneumatic actuators close the grippers and the pallet is held in place.
3
Once the pallet is secured the robot ascends and proceeds to show it to the operator who will perform a visual inspection and decide its condition and where it will be placed.
4
The robot proceeds to place the pallet in the corresponding dock.

Explore the Robustness of Our Grips
The pallet sorter jaw uses four grippers driven by pneumatic actuators and a spring-loaded tilt system to accurately capture and release pallets. Its design ensures efficient pallet sorting in every operation.
Do you have any questions?
Total Control and Remote Support at your Fingertips
Manage your system intuitively with our HMI display, which allows you to monitor alarms and statistics instantly. Thanks to advanced connectivity and remote diagnostics with integrated camera, you can solve problems quickly and minimize downtime.
Technology that optimizes every operation
Mobilizes the pallets automatically
Atlas Robots' autonomous guided vehicle (AMR) enables driverless transport of pallets along a predefined route. Using the integrated software, we plan the route, and the system itself communicates with the other robots to ensure maximum pickup and delivery throughput for the pallets.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Pallet Sorter
The Atlas Robots pallet sorter starts at €50,000. The final price depends on the required capacity and the number of output lanes (from 6 to 20).
It sorts up to 300 pallets per hour (6 pallets per minute), separating them based on their condition into up to 20 stacking towers.
The robot presents each pallet to an operator, who performs a visual inspection and decides where it will go. The solution combines robotic efficiency with human quality control.
Yes, it's a turnkey solution: initial destacking, integrated ergonomic repair tables, and final stacking of the sorted pallets.
The industrial robotic arm is always a refurbished unit from leading brands, with proven reliability. The gripper, safety systems, and integration are designed and manufactured by Atlas Robots.
