Its flexibility allows you to pack a variety of products, while integrated machine vision ensures accurate calibration and quality control at every movement.

The packages enter the robot's working area through a motorized modular belt conveyor. The open boxes will access through another belt conveyor in the opposite direction to optimize the production rate. This conveyor will have a pusher to place the boxes and a guide so that the flaps of the boxes remain open and do not interfere with the process.

The robot uses a vacuum system installed in its gripper to capture the product.

The product is correctly placed on the adjacent belt according to its programming.

The products come out of the robot structure correctly placed in their position inside the box according to the programming.
