First, the boards are fed into the cell through a motorized roller conveyor. The board is received centered from the previous machine, until it stops with a stopper at the end of the conveyor.

The robot then descends to capture the board by suction, thanks to the vacuum suction cups incorporated in the gripper. The system is prepared to absorb any height differences that may exist with level compensators on each suction cup.

The robot ascends with the board and rotates on its axis to move it to the drop-off point.

Finally it is positioned on the drop pallet and descends. Release the board in position, releasing the suction to release it.
