MANUFACTURES PALLETS BY MEANS OF ROBOTS AUTOMATICALLY AND QUICKLY
At Atlas Robots we have developed an innovative system that allows manufacture of any type of pallet in shape automatic or semi-automatic by means of robots.
The process involves the depalletization of the elements, the disposition, nailing and finishing of the pallet in an autonomous cycle and with a manufacturing capacity of up to 5 pallets per minute.

At Atlas Robots we have developed a grill manipulator robot by means of a depalletizing cell orchestrated by one of our industrial robots. We have designed a clamp to perform the depalletizing of grills along with the pallets that carry them. With advanced programming and model optimisation we have managed to achieve a work rate of 6 units/minute.

The Autonomous Guided Vehicle AGV from Atlas Robots enables the driverless transport of pallets along a predefined route. Through the integrated software we plan the route and the system itself communicates with the rest of the robots to ensure the maximum picking and delivery rate on the pallets.
