How does the bag palletizing robot work?
We explain the process
01.
The bags enter the cell via a specially designed bagging conveyor. At the end of the conveyor, the robot will capture the bag by means of its gripper.
02.
The bag palletizing robot then places the bag on the palletizing point and in the corresponding position, according to the programming. The same process is repeated until the required number of bags is completed.
03.
Finally, the operator will remove the loaded pallets manually. To continue production, new empty pallets must be placed in the docks.
