Do you still hand-palletize bottles?
Operation of the bottle depalletising robot
We explain the process
01.
The robot removes the first layer of panels from the pallet using suction cups installed in the gripper. Once the catch has been secured, the robot deposits it in the palletizing area.
02.
The robot captures a row of glass bottles using a system of moving blades installed in the jaw. Once captured, the robot delivers the layer of bottles to a conveyor belt which sends them to the next manufacturing process.
03.
The delivery of pallets to the plant can be done either manually with an operator, or by means of systems such as a transfer or the Atlas Robots AGV.
Depalletises any type of bottle using our mobile blade system
The cell is equipped with pallet access basins
loaded and a vertical warehouse for stacking and retrieving the separators.
The robot removes complete layers of bottles from the pallets and delivers them on a belt conveyor, removing the corresponding separator in each layer.
