Atlas Robots palletising container at Hispack that you can rent for months at a time

Atlas Robots presents in Hispack a new, more compact product for automatic palletising. It is an agile and flexible robot that fits inside a 20-foot container. This makes it easy to transport and fits into any small hall.

Atlas Robots at Hispack

For the first time Atlas Robots was at Hispack, the most important packing fair in Europe, adding its technology to the most innovative projects in the sector. Hispack was the perfect opportunity to confirm that the future of companies lies in industrial robotics. The more than 1,100 brands that were at the fair saw more than 31,000 visitors interested in improving their production processes over four days.

A revolutionary project that encourages SMEs to robotise

Atlas Robots offers the possibility to rent its container palletiserwhich will allow smaller entrepreneurs to test their performance. This removes the uncertainty for companies with less financial capacity to invest in new technologies. In addition, the project is very easy to use even for employees who have no technical knowledge whatsoever.

Quick and easy installation, in confined spaces

It sounds like a simple idea, but it represents a breakthrough, as its mobility offers a versatility that is not possible with static installations. This is why the palletising container allows this task to be carried out at different points in the factory depending on the production cycle.

Thanks to its compact size, small companies without large halls can now have a palletising robot that is capable of handling any type of product: boxes, bags, barrels, etc.

An AGV, the perfect complement to the palletising container

The palletising container is designed to operate in conjunction with the AGV robot (automated guided vehicle) of the Valdemoreña engineer. This is responsible for introducing the empty pallets into the container and removing them once palletisation has been completed for storage.

Working in a circular economy

All of this engineering company's palletising projects are carried out with reconditioned robots that still have decades to work at full capacity. Likewise, the container is also second-hand, following the ethical line under which they work.
